Directions:

Day Dreamer Oil Blend- Apply to the back of the neck, behind the ear lobes and temples. I also found it beneficial to apply at the bottom of the feet and the base of the spine.

Dreamer Aroma Inhaler-Hold the inhaler barely touching your nostril and slowly inhale counting to 5. Repeat 2 to 3 time every 2-3 hours if needed.

Both products are Vegan friendly and made in a sanitized environment.
