Aroma inhaler is a great alternative to my aroma roller oil blends.

Directions for Aroma Inhaler
Hold the inhaler barley touching your nostril and slowly inhale counting to 5 as you inhale. Then hold another count of 5 then slowly exhale. You can repeat 2 to 3 times every 2-3 hours if needed in each nostril.

Direction for Roller Oil Blend
Apply to the base of the spine, back of the neck, behind the ear lobes or temples every 2 to 3 hours. It is also beneficial to apply at the bottom of the feet.
