Mint Breeze Aroma Inhaler-Peppermint & Eucalyptus

Mint Breeze is a wonderful blend of pure peppermint and eucalyptus essential oils and organic fractionated coconut oil. This simple blend has wonderful benefits when using for aromatherapy and is gentle for adults and children.

Aroma inhaler is a great alternative to my aroma roller oil blends. If you rather not smell like the essentials oils you can get the same benefits by using the aroma inhaler.

Directions: Hold the inhaler barley touching your nostril and slowly inhale counting to 5 as you inhale. Then hold another count of 5 then slowly exhale. You can repeat 2 to 3 times every 2-3 hours if needed in each nostril.
